Through the centuries, the mere thought of Jerusalem has stirred the deepest feelings in both Jews and Christians. Jerusalem - Jerusalem, the city of the living God! Jesus wept over Jerusalem wherein the temple of the Lord stood. The prophet Isaiah spoke of this city and place in Isaiah 2:2-3. In the history and prophecies of Israel, there are references to four temples we will study in this plan.

Who was Jesus? In our modern imaginations sometimes He appears as a teacher with good advice, a revolutionary who sticks it to the Empire, or as a relaxed friend who wants us to take it easy. Forgiveness is an emotionally sensitive subject to discuss in Church because many people come from places of horrendous abuse. They feel that what has been done to them is unforgivable. Forgiveness is also an often-misunderstood subject. However, one can forgive and be free from vengeance and anger that comes with unforgiveness. This devotional teaches Christians how to forgive and how to walk in freedom that comes from God’s love.
