For today in the city of David, a Savior has been born to y’all. He is Christ the Lord.

There were shepherds living in the fields nearby and keeping watch over their flocks at night. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord stood among them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.
