Genesis 26:16-17

There are over 700 verses in the Bible on the topic of money, God wants His children to be blessed, responsible, and influential in these last days. We're in a season of breakthrough and open Heavens. Financial releases occur when one abandons the former way of thinking and are intended to restructure the norm. This five-day journey will educate and prepare the body to receive, and steward the forthcoming release.

Jesus said that believers are in the world but not of the world. People want to be recognized and appreciated by others, and for this reason Christians often feel uncomfortable about “being different”. The Bible shows us our true status: we are not excluded from the world but rather included in the people of God. Our mission is to invite others to be part of this people. We will see from the lives of the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph how life as a stranger and pilgrim can be blessed by the Lord and be of blessing to others.

According to Scripture, God’s righteousness is revealed from faith to faith, but what if this was never meant to be a solo endeavor? On this 8-day journey, you are invited to explore individual faith through the lens of God’s intergenerational plan. May you be reminded your journey is part of a larger story, gain a deeper appreciation for wells you’ve inherited, and find courage to go a step further.

This reading plan explores the account of Abraham's life in Genesis from a distinctly Christian perspective in order to answer questions such as: What did these stories mean for those who first received them? And what do they mean for us today?
