In this plan, designed to be used during any of the days of the Advent season, we will reflect on 1 Thessalonians as we prepare our hearts to celebrate Christmas.

The same way winning a marathon requires a high level of physical fitness, we must be spiritually fit in order to run well the life God has set before us.
