3When I kept silent, my bones grew old

4For day and night Your #1 Sam. 5:6; Ps. 38:2; 39:10hand was heavy upon me;
My vitality was turned into the drought of summer.

#2 Sam. 12:13; Ps. 38:18; (Prov. 28:13; 1 John 1:9)I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,”
And You forgave the iniquity of my sin.
