God’s grace and mercy are amazing and often talked about, but just as real is God’s judgment. God’s judgment is righteous, and it is good. It is a blessing just like every other one of God’s qualities. There is a judgment day coming for us all. The only question that remains is how prepared we will be.

Heaven and Hell are very real; we will spend eternity in one or the other. The decisions we make on earth will have a direct and definite impact on our eternal destiny. Which choices open the gates of Heaven and close the door to Hell? Do you have friends and family who are ignorant or not sure about their eternal destiny? Who will you tell about the reality of eternity?

In Revelation 20:12 ̶ 13 we learn about the people at the Great White Throne, where small and great will inevitably stand before God in the final judgment. Only the dead will take part in this judgment. Believers will also have to face judgment and appear before the judgment seat of Christ; He will then reward each person according to what he or she has done.

Not everything that sounds Biblical actually is. Like the Bereans of old, we must test the wisdom of the age against the Truth of God’s Word.
