The Bible is written by different authors and contains different genres of literature. The Basic Training Challenge takes you through books written by prophets and poets to learn more about God’s mission here on earth. Similar to your basic training, this plan will challenge you to get spiritually fit in God’s Word.

This plan relies on a pattern of prayer Trevin Wax developed in 2019. Here you will find all the Psalms arranged in three-times-a-day readings for thirty days. This will include a time in the morning, midday, and evening. Every prayer time begins with a call to prayer and includes the Gloria, the Lord’s Prayer, and closes with a biblical blessing.

This reading plan spans one year with daily bite-sized chunks of devotions and scripture to help you stay focused, at a comfortable pace and without overwhelming yourself.
