Imagine yourself walking hand in hand with the Lord, focusing on the salvation Jesus has purchased for you in the cross and the righteousness that you partake with Him as His child. This reading plan will help you reflect on His goodness and to desire more of Him so you can be more like Him.

As a Christian, you may have heard that your identity should be found in Jesus, but have you ever thought about what that actually means? It means that when you chose to believe in Jesus, you chose to make his story, your story. This week, as an introduction to finding your identity, we will first take a look at Jesus' role as prophet, priest and king.

In recent years, partisan politics have divided churches and friends and families like never before. This division suggests that as Christians, our allegiance to the state is sometimes, in practice, stronger than our allegiance to Christ. This week’s devotional brings us back to what it looks like to live out the beautiful, subversive, upside-down “politics” of the Gospel.

In the book Song of Songs, we see that attraction can be like a magnet. If you are single and longing for a spouse, be patient, learn to value what the Lord values, and walk with Him. If you are married, continue to treasure your spouse, be kind, and value your family.
