Sometimes the “hustle and bustle” of our days, along with the challenges, can make it hard to maintain a positive outlook. We can feel discouraged, disappointed, or even downright cranky. A change of perspective can keep us going when our resistance is down. Focusing on worship, listening to praise music, engaging in laughter with a friend or our children, and praying for strength and determination to persevere can lift our spirits.
