Psalms 120 through 134 are known as the songs of ascent, an ancient mixtape for God’s people journeying to Jerusalem to worship the Lord. Solomon built the temple there, and the glory of God filled that place. Each day in this plan contains a psalm, a devotional, and a prayer. Two days are built into each week for prayer and reflection.

This plan relies on a pattern of prayer Trevin Wax developed in 2019. Here you will find all the Psalms arranged in three-times-a-day readings for thirty days. This will include a time in the morning, midday, and evening. Every prayer time begins with a call to prayer and includes the Gloria, the Lord’s Prayer, and closes with a biblical blessing.
