کاتێک پۆڵس لە ئەسینا چاوەڕێی دەکردن، زۆر پەست و بێزار بوو کە بینی شارەکە پڕە لە بت. بۆیە لە کەنیشت گفتوگۆی لەگەڵ جولەکە و خواپەرستان دەکرد، لە بازاڕیش لەگەڵ ئەوانەی ڕۆژانە تووشیان دەبوو. کۆمەڵێک فەیلەسوفی ئەپیکوری و ستۆیکی گفتوگۆیان لەگەڵی دەکرد. هەندێکیان دەیانگوت: «ئەم چەنەبازە دەیەوێت چی بڵێت؟» هەندێکی دیکەشیان دەیانگوت: «دیارە بانگەواز بۆ چەند خوداوەندێکی نامۆ دەکات،» چونکە باسی عیسا و زیندووبوونەوەی دەکرد. ئینجا بردیانە ئاریۆپاگۆس و گوتیان: «دەتوانین بزانین ئەم فێرکردنە نوێیە چییە باسی دەکەیت؟ چونکە شتی سەیرت لێ دەبیستین و دەمانەوێت واتاکەی بزانین.» لەبەر ئەوەی هەموو ئەسیناییەکان و ئەو بێگانانەی تێدا دەژیان دەرفەتیان بە هیچ شتێک نەدەدا جگە لە باسکردن و گوێگرتن لە بیروڕا نوێیەکان.
