Free Reading Plans and Devotionals related to John 7:40

In this Advent Infinitum Series, we will be using the themes of Tragedy, Comedy and Fairytale. They will act as doorways into a deeper understanding of surrender, generosity, and mission. Each theme lasts 7 days. The first day will be an introduction. Days 2 to 6 will give you a reading, an experience, a practice, a question, and a prayer. Day 7 is Sabbath, consolidation, review, and recollection.

Focusing on one chapter a day through the book of John will reveal the beauty of who Christ is and why His birth was so important. In the flurry of Christmas, keep your eyes on Him. Come and see why Jesus is our greatest gift.

John’s Gospel is a theologically intimate telling of the life and ministry of Jesus. John shows that Jesus is the preexistent Word who took on flesh to dwell among us. He is God's Son whose miraculous signs show evidence of His divinity. He is the Great “I Am” who has come to bring eternal life to all who believe.

Designed for students, this reading plan journeys through the book of John in 21 days with the focus on knowing Jesus more. We will read through one chapter each day and then spend some time reflecting on what we read and finding meaning and truth for us today. Let's discover Jesus more together!
