In this five-day series of readings from across the breadth of Scripture, we will see how “the nations” have always been the object of God’s love and how he consistently calls his people to join him in his mission to rescue and redeem men and women from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. We will also explore the implications of this for people who desire to live missional lives, aligned with God’s purposes.

Author and keynote speaker LaMar Boschman takes us on a journey to discover what it really means to encounter God. We will discover that man was originally created for the manifest presence of God. Humans are not satisfied and fulfilled until they know God up close and personal. Like fish out of water, mortals gasp for life and contentment that can only be found in God’s revealed presence.

Have you ever thrown a stone into still water and seen the ripples that it makes— each getting bigger as it spreads? That all started because of the one stone. And this is what it is like in heaven—IT ALL STARTS WITH GOD. God wants Heaven filled. In Plan 4 of Revelation, we see just how the ripples in heaven effect earth and how much God desires for Heaven to be filled. 

We would love a stress-free life, but that’s not what happens in this sin-sick world. We all experience trouble and trials, and if we serve Jesus with our whole hearts, we will suffer persecution. So, what about all these troubles that plague us? Jesus told us we would face trouble, so is joy possible in the middle of trouble, and could these troubles be something for which we thank God?

The words celebration and stewardship are rarely connected. Perhaps that’s because we tend to think about stewardship as giving away rather than caring for—or even enjoying. Through this plan’s daily Bible passage and devotional content, you’ll begin to understand how intentional stewardship springs from—and even leads to—celebration.

In Revelation, we see Jesus as the “Lion of the tribe of Judah” and the “Lamb who was slain.” So much of God’s kingdom embodies paradox; even Jesus Himself was sovereign AND He submitted to authority. He’s the beginning AND the end. He isn’t relegated to one or the other. Join us for this 14-day study as we learn about how God’s kingdom and character may surprise us.

Exiled on the island of Patmos, John wrote the book of Revelation to seven churches in the Roman province of Asia. The book opens with encouragement and warnings for the seven churches and is followed by a series of end-times visions. Revelation’s powerful imagery assures believers of Jesus’ coming return, His triumph over all His enemies, and the establishment of His kingdom that will know no end.
