Prayer 8: Lord, Protect the Work of My Hands

Have you ever worked and worked and worked on something, or served and served in a particular area—only to see someone else come in and steal the fruit of your labor? I have, and it's not fun. As a matter of fact, it's an awful feeling.

However, God's Word says that He wants to preserve and protect all the fruit of your labor, so you can enjoy it, and so that no one will steal it.

Read today's key Scripture—Isaiah 62:8-9—several times. Get it deeply in your heart.

This promise says that the Lord will protect your work! When you bring home your paycheck, He'll protect your money! When you work hard to be a good manager of His money and you get results, He'll protect your results!

Do you need God to protect the work of your hands today?

If so, pray this:

"Father God, in Jesus' name, I thank You for Your promise that You will protect the fruit of my labor. I ask today that everything I touch would turn to "gold," and be blessed. I pray that all the blessing I'm supposed to have and all the results You give me would be protected.

Lord, I also ask that NOTHING and NO ONE would be able to touch or steal any harvest that belongs to me, and that You would help me to enjoy the fruit of all my labor, and of Your blessings.

Thank You, Father. In Jesus' name, amen."

Friend, God has promised to bless all the work of your hands. His Word says that He will protect the harvest you are supposed to receive, as well. Pray over Isaiah 62:8-9 often and see how He moves!
