“For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring you back.

For a brief moment I deserted you, but with great compassion I will gather you.

“I deserted you for a brief moment,  but I will take you back with abundant compassion.

For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.

“For a mere moment I have forsaken you, But with great mercies I will gather you.

Your Redeemer GOD says: “I left you, but only for a moment. Now, with enormous compassion, I’m bringing you back. In an outburst of anger I turned my back on you— but only for a moment. It’s with lasting love that I’m tenderly caring for you.
