Love is a decision and a requirement of discipleship. Before the foundation of the World, God loved. God concluded that love will last forever, a gift accessible to all. Love is unusual; greater than our talents, possessing the capacity to forgive, influence culture, be disciplined and committed. Love is not a feeling or a hashtag. Instead, love is power and love is influential. This three-day plan is all about love. 

“What are you thinking?” That question can feel so invading, and are you ever really honest with your answer? These guided audio meditations begin with a reflection on your private thoughts. They are followed by time to dismantle any distracting thoughts to focus instead on the changeless character of God. Finally, a time of meditation on thoughts of love and rediscovering thoughts of true love from the Creator of love.

Our thoughts have a great impact on our health. In this three-day plan, let’s combine three very important arenas—science, the Bible, and personal experience—to prove that whatever we let penetrate and dwell in our minds will affect our bodies.
