I Peter 1:3

Are you a new follower of Jesus?  Or, are you hoping for a new start to your faith?  This reading plan will help you get started and explore the first steps.  Meditations on how to pray, how to read scripture, and how to worship.  We hope you will be blessed by this plan to help guide you in this new life of faith and freedom in Christ.

This three day plan introduces children to a short book of the Bible: the first letter that Peter wrote to Christians who were sometimes finding it hard to follow the way of Jesus. Because every word that Peter writes is full of help and hope, this plan spends time looking at a few rich verses. This plan complements the free children’s game app Guardians of Ancora.

Often, the bravest thing you can do is continue to make it through the day, even when you have little hope for tomorrow. Have you ever been there?  The theme of these audio-guided meditations is finding hope over the horizon.  Day 1 will remind you of the anchoring hope of God.  Day 2 considers God overtaking fear.  And Day 3 is finding hope in divine promises.

God has given all of us a gift so amazing and so incredible that most people don’t know what to do with it. This gift is grace, and in this plan, Dr. Tony Evans teaches about the grace of God and how all encompassing it truly is.
