Are you afraid of snakes or spiders? Or emotional triggers like rejection or love? God designed fear to keep you from harm. A brain neuron called the amygdala sends signals to “be alert!” The theme of these guided audio meditations is conquering unhealthy fear. The first meditation explores overcoming past worries. The following reflection faces fears of the unknown. The third meditation addresses fears of evil.

One of the biggest issues for families with children who have a disability is loneliness, which not only affects the child but also parents and caregivers. When we realize God can guide us and give us victory in him, all family members can experience joy, peace, love, and friendship.
