May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, to carry out the sentence written against them— this is the glory of all his faithful people. Praise the LORD.

Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands, to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, to execute on them the judgment written! This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the LORD!

Hallelujah!

May they praise God while they hold a two-edged sword in their hand, in order to take revenge on the nations, and punish foreigners. They bind their kings in chains, and their nobles in iron shackles, and execute the judgment to which their enemies have been sentenced. All his loyal followers will be vindicated. Praise the LORD!
