But you, LORD, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me.

O LORD, do not stay far away! You are my strength; come quickly to my aid!

But you, LORD, don’t be far away.  My strength, come quickly to help me.

But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

But You, O LORD, do not be far from Me; O My Strength, hasten to help Me!

You, GOD—don’t put off my rescue! Hurry and help me! Don’t let them cut my throat; don’t let those mongrels devour me. If you don’t show up soon, I’m done for—gored by the bulls, meat for the lions.

¶But You, LORD, do not be far away; You who are my help, hurry to my assistance.
