Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. For you, God, have heard my vows; you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name. Increase the days of the king’s life, his years for many generations. May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever; appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him. Then I will ever sing in praise of your name and fulfill my vows day after day.

Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy. Let me dwell in your tent forever! Let me take refuge under the shelter of your wings! Selah For you, O God, have heard my vows; you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name. Prolong the life of the king; may his years endure to all generations! May he be enthroned forever before God; appoint steadfast love and faithfulness to watch over him! So will I ever sing praises to your name, as I perform my vows day after day.

O God, listen to my cry! Hear my prayer! From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety, for you are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me. Let me live forever in your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of your wings! Interlude For you have heard my vows, O God. You have given me an inheritance reserved for those who fear your name. Add many years to the life of the king! May his years span the generations! May he reign under God’s protection forever. May your unfailing love and faithfulness watch over him. Then I will sing praises to your name forever as I fulfill my vows each day.

God, hear my cry; pay attention to my prayer.  I call to you from the ends of the earth when my heart is without strength.  Lead me to a rock that is high above me,  for you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower  in the face of the enemy. I will dwell in your tent forever and take refuge under the shelter of your wings.  Selah God, you have heard my vows;  you have given a heritage to those who fear your name.  Add days to the king’s life; may his years span many generations.  May he sit enthroned before God forever.  Appoint faithful love and truth to guard him.  Then I will continually sing of your name,  fulfilling my vows day by day.

Hear my cry, O God; Attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, When my heart is overwhelmed: Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah. For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: Thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name. Thou wilt prolong the king's life: And his years as many generations. He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him. So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, That I may daily perform my vows.

For You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given me the heritage of those who fear Your name. You will prolong the king’s life, His years as many generations. He shall abide before God forever. Oh, prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him! So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may daily perform my vows.

God, listen to me shout, bend an ear to my prayer. When I’m far from anywhere, down to my last gasp, I call out, “Guide me up High Rock Mountain!” You’ve always given me breathing room, a place to get away from it all, A lifetime pass to your safe-house, an open invitation as your guest. You’ve always taken me seriously, God, made me welcome among those who know and love you. Let the days of the king add up to years and years of good rule. Set his throne in the full light of God; post Steady Love and Good Faith as lookouts, And I’ll be the poet who sings your glory— and live what I sing every day.

Hear my cry, God; Give Your attention to my prayer. From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a refuge for me, A tower of strength against the enemy. Let me dwell in Your tent forever; Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings. Selah ¶For You have heard my vows, God; You have given me the inheritance of those who fear Your name. You will prolong the king’s life; His years will be like generations. He will sit enthroned before God forever; Appoint faithfulness and truth that they may watch over him. So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may pay my vows day by day.

Hear my cry, O God; Listen to my prayer. From the end of the earth I call to You, when my heart is overwhelmed and weak; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I [a rock that is too high to reach without Your help]. For You have been a shelter and a refuge for me, A strong tower against the enemy. Let me dwell in Your tent forever; Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings. Selah. ¶For You have heard my vows, O God; You have given me the inheritance of those who fear Your name [with reverence]. You will prolong the king’s life [adding days upon days]; His years will be like many generations. He will sit enthroned forever before [the face of] God; Appoint lovingkindness and truth to watch over and preserve him. So I will sing praise to Your name forever, Paying my vows day by day.

O God, hear my cry for help! Pay attention to my prayer! From the most remote place on earth I call out to you in my despair. Lead me up to an inaccessible rocky summit! Indeed, you are my shelter, a strong tower that protects me from the enemy. I will be a permanent guest in your home; I will find shelter in the protection of your wings. (Selah) For you, O God, hear my vows; you grant me the reward that belongs to your loyal followers. Give the king long life! Make his lifetime span several generations! May he reign forever before God! Decree that your loyal love and faithfulness should protect him. Then I will sing praises to your name continually, as I fulfill my vows day after day.
