Whoever is faithful with very little will also be faithful with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.

No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

So if you have not been faithful with worldly wealth, who will entrust you with true riches? And if you have not been faithful with the belongings of another, who will give you belongings of your own?

Then Abraham said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”

Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and everyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
