Luke 22:26
Luke 22:24-26 The Message (MSG)
Within minutes they were bickering over who of them would end up the greatest. But Jesus intervened: “Kings like to throw their weight around and people in authority like to give themselves fancy titles. It’s not going to be that way with you. Let the senior among you become like the junior; let the leader act the part of the servant.
Luke 22:26 King James Version (KJV)
But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
Luke 22:26 American Standard Version (ASV)
But ye shall not be so: but he that is the greater among you, let him become as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

But it is not to be this way with you; on the contrary, the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest [and least privileged], and the [one who is the] leader, like the servant.
Luke 22:26 The Passion Translation (TPT)
But this is not your calling. You will lead by a different model. The greatest one among you will live as one called to serve others without honor. The greatest honor and authority is reserved for the one who has a servant heart.
Luke 22:26 English Standard Version Revision 2016 (ESV)
But not so with you. Rather, let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves.
