for zeal for your house consumes me, and the insults of those who insult you fall on me. When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn

For zeal for your house has consumed me, and the reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me. When I wept and humbled my soul with fasting, it became my reproach.

because zeal for your house has consumed me,  and the insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.  I mourned and fasted, but it brought me insults.

For zeal for Your house has consumed me, And the [mocking] insults of those who insult You have fallen on me. [John 2:17; Rom 15:3] When I wept and humbled myself with fasting, It became my reproach.

Certainly zeal for your house consumes me; I endure the insults of those who insult you. I weep and refrain from eating food, which causes others to insult me.
