John 16:3

In John 16, the disciples are nervous, scared, and confused that Jesus is leaving, and the world will turn against them. Jesus tells them that no matter what happens next, they are not alone. The Spirit will guide them, the Father loves them, and Jesus will come back for them. No matter what comes through those doors, Jesus has won the battle; we can trust what we can’t always see.

The Lord is alive and active today, and He speaks to each of His children directly. But sometimes, it can be difficult to see and hear Him. By exploring the story of one man’s journey toward understanding the voice of God in the slums of Nairobi, you will learn what it looks like to hear and follow Him.

John 15 is perhaps the most important chapter in the Bible on spiritual life. In this 5-day study, we will discover that life is supremely about the pursuit of three great relationships – with Christ, believers, and unbelievers. We will also explore what our primary responsibility is toward each of these three and how to passionately and purposefully pursue each of them.
