There is much today by way of events, holidays, news reports, or situations that draw our mind toward thinking about evil. All occurrences of evil can serve us beneficially as believers, not in the evil represented , but in how we are reminded . Remembering and remaining aware that evil and sin are invisible and visible realities help us to engage fully in the Hope of Christ. 

How would you describe your faith journey?  Is it a well-established fire?  Is it warming? Comforting? Does it push away darkness?  Or is merely a spark? Halloween is all about celebrating darkness and, as Christians, we can find this ‘holiday’ hard to navigate. We would love to walk through three days of reflection with you all around the subject of Halloween and, hopefully, find a way to make this time about living in the light, rather than reveling in the darkness.
