In the rat race of the business world, mentoring is the new buzzword. Organizations are realizing the value of one on one relationships. But is a mentor necessary for a young Christian? Is this biblical? As we look at these examples, may God guide you to mentors who will lead by example and with sound doctrine.

Children notice and imitate what they see and hear from us. The principle of “more is caught than taught” is at work to a greater extent than we realize, which underscores the power of influence.
