Joshua - WildernessExemplo
After 40 years of experiencing God’s daily discipline and provision, Israel approached the Promised Land. Joshua commanded the people to take an inventory and get ready. He sent two spies, not to see if they could take the land, but to see where God was at work. They found Him at work in the heart of a harlot in Jericho.
Seek where God is at work and join Him.
A spiritual inventory will help you see where God is at work in your life.
Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 in the following areas:
- Prayer
- Bible Study
- Witness
- Home Relationships
- Work Relationships
- Sexual Purity
- Finances
Ask God to identify one area He is leading you to improve. Christian living is like the Promised Land. Some parts of it may still be occupied by the enemy. In time, God will lead you to where He is at work and invite you to join Him in His restoration work.
Challenge:
- Memorize Psalms 105:1
- Take a spiritual inventory. You can find one using the link below.
This is Week 2 of a ten-week challenge. Week 3 can be found here: www.morethanwarriors.com
Sobre este plano
Like Joshua and the Israelites, we who were slaves brought treasure out of our slavery. The question is: are we going to use that wealth for God’s glory and thrive in the wilderness? Or are we going to fashion an idol out of it and worship what once held us captive? This heavy-duty stand-alone plan is also part 2 of a 10 part series.
