A week long study of Exodus 8-22. There are so many lessons hidden in the words 
of Exodus. As we navigate Exodus 18–22, our hope is that you’ll not only be reminded and inspired by passages like the Ten Commandments, but will also see the lessons hidden in the passages that surround this well-known scripture. Lessons to live by.

In part one of this seven-part study through the Book of Exodus, we'll explore Exodus 1–6:5. 

Exodus: The Call

From muddy ocean floors and sea walls, to manna from heaven, and water from rock. This plan follows the story of the Exodus, when God is revealed as Yahweh. This 8-week plan has a theme of the Exodus narrative each week as well as two memory passages to focus on.

When reading Leviticus and Numbers, it can be easy to get lost in the instructions and laws. To skip on the metrics, tools, and processes of the construction of the Ark and the Tabernacle and miss the meaning behind the detail. This plan looks at these details with fresh eyes, seeking to see God’s purpose and message for us today because sometimes it is all in the details.

The Sanctuary

Did you know God had a name, just like you and me? This three-day devotional will cover the meaning of God’s great name, “Yahweh,” to give us a greater understanding of who He is.

The Israelites' journey can often mimic our journey with the Lord. Sadly, they were often found grumbling and complaining instead of being filled with faith and, therefore, missed out on some of God’s blessings for them. In this 8-session reading plan, we will go on a journey to learn from them, so that we can receive all the blessings God has made available to us. 

Seven Lessons We Can Learn From the Israelites and Their Journey Through the Wilderness

The impetus for the exodus was “harsh labor” and slavish jobs (see Exodus 1:14; 3:7-8). Not surprisingly, the Book of Exodus has a lot to teach us about our own work today. In this seven-day plan, we’ll travel with Moses from Egypt, through the Red Sea, and to the foot of Mount Sinai to extract wisdom for our work from the exodus!
