God Is With You All the Time

Genesis 28:15

I am with you, and I will protect you everywhere you go.

Jacob was sent away from home to his uncle Laban, in Haran. Since he was on the run and had to do it secretly, he may have needed to take the rougher route to avoid being followed. One night while he was still on the run, Jacob fell asleep, and God revealed Himself to Jacob through a dream. 

In the dream, God gave four promises to Jacob. One promise is that He would always protect Jacob everywhere he went, and He would never leave Jacob alone until He fulfilled all of His promises.

Even though Jacob had committed a sin, God did not forget him. Instead, God embraced him with His promises and gave an assurance that He would always protect him wherever he went.

So, remember that God is with you and will never leave you, even when you feel alone or discouraged. 

Prayer

Dear God, thank You that You never leave me nor forsake me. I will never be alone. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
