Times are tough. Anxiety can grow inside us like a contagion as we battle external stress and internal doubt. Jesus knew that the better we know our Father, the less reason we’ll have to be anxious. In Matthew 6, Jesus draws us back to our Father, the One who sees us, knows our needs, and provides hope.

How important is patience to your spiritual growth and victory? You may think patience isn’t a big deal, but it is. Bible patience will go after a promise or blessing for as long as it takes. It will keep you standing and believing the Word of God until the full manifestation comes. Spend the next seven days learning how you can begin walking in patience, a fruit of the spirit.

The Bible blesses peacemakers, but also exhorts us to “fight the good fight”. This last phrase is not an exhortation to attack other people, but to resist the devil and our own sinful desires. This reading plan presents seven Bible verses about this topic. It can be combined with our other Reading Plans: “The Great Battle” and “The Battle Is the Lord’s”.

We have all heard that money talks, but the fact is that money simply walks away quietly, says Vijay. In this rousing study, he emphasizes that God does not want us to squander the money He has given us but to manage it well as His appointed stewards. Debt can rob us of our peace, and God does not want His children to be in debt. God wants us to be judicious in our spending habits rather than being impulsive. It doesn’t quite matter how big our income is; all that matters is how well we manage it!

It is tempting to want to accumulate earthly wealth. It allows you to buy and do anything you want and secure your financial future. But the Bible warns against riches and points us to a wealth that is truly fulfilling and more enduring than earthly life.
