Here is a seven-day plan that encourages you to put yours in place, and live a life that is led by Him, who disciplines us from a place of love.

All believers need "fuel" called hope in their spiritual journey because of the challenges of the world that often make them tired or even weak. However, we can always hold on to the promises that are stated in the Word of God. The word of God is our hope. Through this devotional, we will learn how to have hope that keeps growing daily in the Word of God.

This week we will discover incredible promises for those who will pray. Over and over God promises to not just hear, but also to answer when God’s people cry out to him!

There are going to be battles in your life this year—battles in your health, in your heart, and in your relationships. People you know will have to fight. At work or at school, there are going to be some conflagrations. There will be things that come against us in the coming months, and we will need God’s power and strength to be able to walk through them.

What is worship? Is it music? A lifestyle? Thankfulness? There are so many ways that come to mind when trying to describe it. It looks like it has a personal meaning to anyone. Fasting is one of the most neglected spiritual disciplines. Even though the Bible regularly mentions this practice, many never even consider it. In this reading plan, you will look at biblical examples to discover several ways that fasting can be a powerful discipline in the Christian life. By the end of the week, you will know how and why to fast, even if you don’t have any experience.

Amid difficulty or circumstance, it is easy to lose hope. We worry and despair over what is happening, and it causes our internal compass to deviate from the source of our hope, Jesus Christ. As we go through this weeklong devotional and look at hope through various circumstances, we will be reminded of God's faithfulness as He provides hope for tomorrow.

We all know that there is power in prayer. Prayer is defined in several ways: it is how we praise and worship our glorious Lord and Savior; it is our most powerful weapon; our open door to communication with the living God; the vehicle to confess our sin; how to find God's will for our lives and one of the ways we can hear the voice of our precious Savior. It is not very often that we hear about fasting with prayer, either from the pulpit or in our conversations as a church community. Yet, the Bible has so much to say on this subject and so many wonderful accounts of deliverance, forgiveness, and miracles that happened when God's people did fast and pray together. This ten-day reading plan will focus on some of the Biblical accounts and show us the undeniable power and movement of God when His people humble themselves through fasting and prayer.
