They came together daily, ate together, prayed together, and sacrificed together as they followed Jesus. This isn’t a picture of an ancient church; it’s a picture of our church today. In Jesus, we get to live as a family on mission.

Acts tells the story of the early Church 30 years after Jesus’ death and resurrection. We get to observe them as they form a community on mission together and take the Gospel to the ends of the earth. But their story is also our story. As part of this same Church 2,000 years later, we’ll see how we, too, are empowered to advance God’s Kingdom around the world.
