Leviticus 16:21-22

We all need encouragement, and Scripture shows us how Jesus modeled this gift everywhere He went. This makes the gift of prophetic encouragement a necessary gift for today. First Corinthians 14 tells us it’s to encourage, comfort, and strengthen those who receive it—and it’s for everyone! It’s a gift that can change the world and atmosphere around us, one encouraging word at a time.

We find two things in the outer court, which we can give attention to, namely, the brazen altar and the laver. Altogether there were seven items, or pieces, of furniture regarding the tabernacle. Two were in the outer court, three in the Holy place and two in the Holy of Holies. We will look at all 7 pieces in this study.

This one-of-a-kind reading plan exists for both the skeptic and the faith follower. Our distinctive is that we created a place where questions were asked, doubt allowed, and the process of inquiry respected. It must have seemed to Moses like a long way from a burning bush to a caravan of 2,000,000 Israelites lined up behind him on the road out of Egypt. But Moses simply followed God’s will one step at a time daring to follow God from the known to the unknown. He did the next thing, took the next step in obedience, seeking to know and follow the will of God.
