What would our life look life without Jesus? Where would we be? The truth is, all of us came from the same place, from the bottom of a dark hole. God found us when we were helpless and justified us through our faith in Jesus. It's by His grace that we live this life. When we understand this, it allows us to pursue Jesus' character and be humble.

Day One’s meditation will help you find healing by finding value in others. The second meditation will center you on finding healing from weakness. And Day Three is about healing your heart.
