We all need instructions, even marching orders. God’s provides these instructions through a series of letters that we find in the New Testament. The Basic Training Challenge gives you a starting point to learn about God’s mission for you here on earth. Similar to your basic training, this plan will challenge you to get spiritually fit in God’s Word.

You will be taken on a 15-day journey that begins with deeper discernment of your unique identity and calling in Christ, moves through examination of the motives and intents of your heart, and ends with exploring practices of deeper partnership with God. You will discover a kingdom model for leadership and uncover hidden barriers that may be keeping you from reaching your full leadership potential in God.

The church at Corinth was plagued by internal division and sinful derision. Paul provides the only solution potent enough for their disunity and spiritual disruptions: “Jesus Christ and Him crucified” (1 Corinthians 1:10). 1 Corinthians reminds us that by focusing on Jesus and His glorious resurrection, we too will “be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the word of the Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:58).
