A fasting experience will be different for each person who does one. No two fasts will be alike. Fasting with prayer should draw you closer to God. Your relationship with Him will deepen. As with many spiritual disciplines, you may encounter hidden forces that oppose you. This five-day plan will show you how others have encountered and dealt with these forces.
