A leadership role is not an easy task. He or she is a person who influences a group of people who are followers, towards a specific mindset or result. Whatever a leader does or says often becomes something others embrace and follow. So we can imagine when leaders say or do something wrong, in an unintended way of course, it would have a tragic impact on the lives of many, and the responsibility lies on the shoulders of the leaders.

James warned that although it is good to aspire to teach or lead, their responsibility is great because their words and example affect others' spiritual lives. If you are in a teaching or leadership role, how are you affecting those you lead?
