PRAY: My Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name! I worship You today in everything I do, but especially whenever I'm eating or drinking. Would You focus my thoughts on You at every meal? I praise You for blessing my food and taking away sickness from me by keeping me well fed and healthy. I eat every meal today in an attitude of worship to You, not taking for granted one bite of the food that You provide for me. And I do it all in Jesus name, AMEN. 

REFLECT: Have you ever thought that eating meals and drinking can be worship? Every snack can be a worshipful meal to God. And have you thanked God every day for not being sick? What would it be like to worship God in everything that you do? Have you just limited worship to the singing portion of church each week? How can you turn every moment of your life into a worship experience? And how would that radically change your life?  

ACT:  Take a moment before each meal today to just stop and worship the Lord. And then try to worship Him at each bite, remembering that He is the one who supplies us our daily bread. Maybe you can say the Lord's Prayer as you eat. Remember that He tells us His blessing is upon our food and water!
