“Armor of God”

Every morning, we have a call to get dressed in the full armor of God listed in Ephesians 6--to overcome the battles we face, we need to be prepared. Thankfully, God has given us everything we need to stand firm in His love. When trials come, it’s crucial we ask ourselves if what we’re feeling and believing is true, and if not, to exchange the lie for what we know about God. God says oppression will be far from us if we will not fear, but we have to let love in first.

Many of us live in a virtual reality where we listen to feelings instead of faith. Keep short accounts with your soul so you can keep track of where your peace went and reclaim it! You have all it takes to stand firm, and even when you don’t feel like it, you are fully equipped to do every good work of Christ. He is our strength to stand! You can thrive today.
