Some of the most difficult sins to deal with in our lives are sexual sins. Why? Because as this verse reminds us, those sins, or choices we make that aren’t God’s best for us, impacting our ability to live in a way that honors God. They can hurt our minds, our bodies, our hearts, and ultimately, our ability to live a life set apart by God. So instead of staying stuck in that pattern of sin, God offers us the help we need to make choices with our bodies that not only help us avoid sexual sin, but keep us on a path that honors Him. Are there changes you need to make to keep yourself away from sexual sin? Maybe books you read, habits you have, music you listen to, things you watch, or even words you say? Invite someone you trust to help you to make a change in that area and take one step away from sexual sin in that part of your life.
