Background

Made in God’s image, God gave us the ability to speak words that carry authority. Proverbs 18:21 cautions that words produce life or death and the speaker will live with the consequences of his/her words. Words are so powerful that God in Deuteronomy 30:19 counsels us, “Today I am giving you a choice of two ways. And I ask heaven and earth to be witnesses of your choice. You can choose life or death. The first choice will bring a blessing. The other choice will bring a curse. So choose life! Then you and your children will live.” 

To Speak Over the Fear is to choose life and speak what God says about you in the face of fear and circumstances that would attempt to dominate you. Throughout the Bible, God speaks of His love, design, and empowerment of us. God, The Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent One, asserts we are beloved, His masterpieces, and overcomers.

You chose this Bible Plan for reasons known to you and God. Wherever you are in your faith journey and whatever your challenges, take heart. God, The Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent One, says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6). 

God loves you. God is love. Love never fails. Trust His love for you. Speak Over the Fear!
