Insecurity: God's Enemyنموونە

Pondering time: why are you insecure?
Who told you that you were naked?
In the first book of the Bible
we see God creating man
And He makes them in His image
in accordance to His plan
Then when sin entered the garden
what's the first thing that is named?
"and they knew that they were naked";
suddenly they were ashamed
From the start it did not matter
Even naked we felt sure
Then how can we say it's normal
for us to be insecure?
Why then do you say you're ugly
while the Bible says you're not?
Who told you that you were naked?
‘cause for sure it wasn't God
Therefore trust in what He tells you
for the Bible tells the truth;
That God looked at how He made you
and He saw that it was good

Insecurity is horrible, I know, and it definitely isn’t something you should want to accept and embrace, but it will go, believe me, it will go. Or don’t believe me, but believe Jesus. For remember how He promised that every plant not planted by His heavenly Father will be rooted up? In this plan, you read three touching and powerful poems on insecurity from a biblical perspective.
