Be Not Entangled. 

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Galatians‬ ‭5:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Entanglement is a choice. When you are in Christ, you have the option to let the past go. When you are in Christ, bitterness has no dominion over you. Rejection has to bow. Addiction has no place and power over you. When you are in Christ, He has given you the power and authority to tread over and conquer every snare and trap of the enemy. When you belong to Christ, the enemy has no power over you. “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke‬ ‭10:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬. 

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Tread” is, ‘pateō’ (G3961) which means, “to trample, crush with the feet.” God has given you the power to trample, crush and conquer every addiction, trap, entanglement, and snare set by the enemy. 

There is no yoke that can keep you bound. There is no chain that can keep you trapped. Christ has set you free. Focus on Him. Yokes were meant to choke and suffocate your destiny. Choose to yoke yourself to God’s Word. “For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew‬ ‭11:30‬ ‭KJV‬‬. Choose to tie yourself to His Word. Choose to yoke yourself to His Word.

Christ, the Word in the flesh, came so that you might have life and life more abundantly. When you hide His Word in the soil of your heart you will not go astray. Hide His Word continually in your heart. “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Psalms‬ ‭119:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬. When you are in Christ, the enemy has no authority, power, rule or dominion to invade the ground of your heart and home. Choose to surrender to Christ and bow to Him forever.
