A Restful Life

In our society, it’s nearly impossible to be a family of rest. By the time school wraps up and soccer practice is over, it’s time for dinner, homework, and then bed. But ultimately God’s commands must come first and He makes it clear that rest is a healthy part of life. Taking time to relax as a family is crucial to the health of your family. The good news is Jesus says in this passage that ultimately rest is found in Him, so when we focus our eyes on Him, we have nothing really to worry about.
