Follow Not That Which Is Evilنموونە

Meditate On His Word. 

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” Psalms‬ ‭1:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Walk not in the counsel of the ungodly. Nor pattern your life after the framework of the ungodly. Let God build your framework. Choose to delight in the Lord. Choose to pattern the character of your heart after His Word. Choose to delight in His Way of doing things. Matthew‬ ‭6:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” 

Seek God and He’ll add to your course. Seek God and He’ll show you how to lead others the right way — His Way. Surrender your heart to Him and He’ll navigate your ship. Seek Him and favor will pursue you. Surrender to God and He will break every generational cycle.

Psalms‬ ‭119:105‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Let God’s Word light your path. Let His Word order your steps. The ways of the Godly are ordered and preserved by the Lord. Let God’s Word fill the borders of your heart. Psalms‬ ‭119:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” 

When God’s Word is in the infrastructure of your heart, you’ll follow His Way of doing things. Choose to follow Christ. Let Christ dwell in your heart. “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.” Psalms‬ ‭23:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬.
