Kingdom Prayers نموونە

Lord, by Your Spirit, live in and through me. Let Your breath be my prayers. Inhabit my praises. Speak in my words. Inspire my thoughts. Let my hands do Your work and let my feet take me in Your paths. May Your desires and passions be my heartbeat. Conform me fully to Your image so that I may be an expression of heaven on earth.

Mercy with Justice

Holy God, Your righteousness is absolute. Thank You that You are so pure that no fault or failure can be tolerated in Your presence. Your perfection is absolute. But loving Father, I cannot but be even more grateful for Your mercy. In Your wisdom and love, You have offered an intimate relationship with You to those who will respond to Your gift in Jesus.

We do not deserve it. We never could. You have chosen to sacrifice Yourself to make it possible, to grant us Your purity and perfection. Teach me to live in such a way as to make evident the work You have begun in me. Show me how to bring joy to Your heart in my daily thoughts, words, and actions. Finish the process of conforming me to the image of Christ. Use me to call others to that inestimable adventure as well.

Instruct me how to relate to others with Your same character. Let me be both just and merciful. Allow me to love others sacrificially and so model Your essential nature. Demonstrate in and through me how You intend for life to be lived in Your Kingdom. Let the surprising and even shocking example of this love draw many to You as the author of life and love. Strengthen me to persevere in that life and love despite all the opposition of the enemy.
