Disconnect - Unplug From the Noiseنموونە

Set your minds on things above
Just as important as setting your heart on things above, is setting your mind there also. Experts say, on average, we think 2,000 plus thoughts an hour. Imagine the traffic jam that happens in your mind throughout the day, every thought trying to bottleneck its way to the front of your mind.
Our thought life is often a neglected part of our humanity. Our minds can wage war against us telling us we’re something we are not, or changing our moods and emotions. When this happens we need to actively overturn every thought that is false, discouraging or evil and introduce it to the way, the truth and the life of Jesus.
Write down 3 thoughts or Bible promises that the Holy Spirit is speaking into your heart.

Have you ever had a poor signal on your phone, when you can’t hear what the other person is saying? This happens because of the noise around you or because of where you are positioned. To hear God we sometimes need to disconnect from the noise around us. Over the next 10 days we will use Colossians 3 to disconnect from busyness, mute the noise and connect to God.
