Pray for the World: South Asiaنموونە

Buddhists turn prayer wheels, counting each rotation of their daily prayers. They strive to feel the warmth that they believe represents enlightenment and dispels darkness. They watch for good karma blowing in the wind. 

Buddhists believe in no God and no soul. They believe that the consequences of the deeds in this life will be carried over into the next life through reincarnation. Mankind’s ultimate goal, according to Buddhist philosophy, is to receive enlightenment, allowing  escape from the otherwise endless cycle of birth and death. 

Pray that Buddhists will look to the God who gives salvation and hears their prayers.
