It's a paradox. 

We all desire to find life—to discover our purpose; to experience a sense of fulfillment. We create expectations, we set goals to achieve them and we strive after what we believe to be the best life. Yet worldly pursuits only yield temporary satisfaction. 

Our best life—God's favor-filled life for us—beckons us from a place of selflessness. When we choose the path of surrender, sacrifice and service, we operate alongside the supernatural. It's the example that Jesus lived.
